- Provide details related to your itinerary plans and destinations
- Provide accurate # of expected guests who will be using the vehicle
- Provide a copy of current driver’s licenses for all drivers
- Provide insurance showing full coverage for the vehicle
- START OF YOUR TRIP
- Arrive at the scheduled time
- Complete a trip start inspection walk through ensuring all aspects are satisfactory. If there is any pre-existing damage or issues noticed please ensure they are photographed and documented with the trip start inspection.
- DURING THE TRIP
- Communicate any issues, incidents, damage, concerns, questions etc in real time so that we can provide assistance and solutions.
- USE ONLY SEPTIC SAFE LABELED TOILET PAPER AS THE ONLY ITEM TO FLUSH DOWN THE TOILETS
- Ensure awnings are retracted whenever there is no longer anyone underneath the awning.
- Ensure all power-consumption items are turned off and/or unplugged when not in use.

- END OF YOUR TRIP
- Return at the scheduled time
- Complete a trip end inspection walk through ensuring all aspects are satisfactory. If there is any new damage or issues noticed please ensure they are photographed and documented with the trip end inspection along with a description including any available details and information related.
- Clean the unit, remove all personal belongings, refill propane, refuel gas (if applicable) empty and clear waste tanks (unless prepaying for specific services)
- Notify us if there were any unpaid toll violations to prevent any additional charges
- AFTER YOUR TRIP
- Leave us a 5 star review in as many places you feel comfortable doing so, it really means a lot to us to know that we provided a great service and experience.
- If for any reason you did not have a 5 star experience please provide us with constructive criticism and information related to what caused the experience to be less than ideal and we will do everything possible to make things as right as possible!
POLICIES
CANCELLATIONS
- Free Cancellation with full refund within 24 hours of making the reservation valid for any reservations starting at-least 48 hours from the booking date.
- Free Cancellation with full refund within 48 hours of making the reservation valid for any reservations starting more than 7 days from the booking date
- 50% refund on any cancellations starting more than 30 days from the cancellation date
- NO REFUNDS ON ALL OTHER BOOKINGS*exceptions may be made on case-by-case basis in applying credit towards rescheduling the reservation.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE
We are proud to offer our services to all ranges of humanity, all creeds, races, religions, genders, and lifestyles.
HOWEVER, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any of the following reasons:
- Evidence of being under any alcoholic or drug influences
- Non-valid drivers license, non-valid insurance, criminal record, awareness of a bad driving record
- ANY safety related reason, including but not limited to being vehicle related for the tow vehicle, and/or the provided rental vehicle, lights, blinkers, brakes, tires, erratic or unsafe test drive or unsafe tow hitch/connection, insufficient tow capacity, behaivor that observationally appears unsafe, travel plans / itinerary details/logistics/locations being inaccessible, unsafe, etc
- Arrival after-hours or over 2 hours past the scheduled time without advance communication and authorization.
- Lack of, limited, poor, or no communication
- If the renter and/or renter’s guests are belligerent, vulgar, threatening, screaming, cursing, and berating our staff or anyone
- ANY reasonable determination by staff that the reservation will result in escalating issues.
CHARGES
- Security Deposits are required for all reservations. The Security deposit amount may vary depending on the reservation details and/or listing selected.
- Additional Charges may be applied if the unit is returned in a condition that warrants additional charges, examples include returning later than the scheduled return time, returning the unit dirty, damaged, or differently than the reservation described. Add On selections being requested or required. Exceeding allowances related to mileage, generator use, or differing from approved usage. Damages and required repairs. Administrative fees may be added to any vehicle rented that is involved in an accident, incident, damage, and/or insurance claim
- Collections may be instituted if payments past due and are not able to be processed related to the reservation or additional charges. Any past due amounts owed shall incur a past due interest at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law. Costs of collection will be due in addition to any existing past due balances as well as the cost of loss of use, processing fees, postage, legal, and all expenses related to recovery of the past due balance. Should a 3rd party service be necessary a 30% collection fee will be added to the amount due for satisfying closing the collection efforts. The Customer agrees and consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Florida for all purposes regarding this contract/agreement and further agrees and consents that the venue of any action brought hereunder shall be exclusively in Marion County, FL. The Customer accepts that jurisdiction may be reassigned by the Company providing services to the State of California in the County of San Diego, CA if presence of the service providing company representatives are required in person.
